Multichip Thyristor - developed in

Purpose

The developed semiconductor switches, i.e. the Multichip Thyristors, can be used for:

  • particle acceleration
  • magnetic forming
  • biophysics
  • electrodynamics material testing
  • railgun
  • electrothermal-chemical gun
  • laser
  • high-power microwave
  • active protection.
