For immediate placement, we are currently looking for an Research scientist for operational studies in the field of energetic nanomaterials (m/f/d).

Your new tasks and responsibilities - challenging and future-oriented:

• Elaboration of energetic nanomaterials (pure and composite explosives)
• Elaboration of reactive prototypes
• Research work in collaboration with other scientific groups of ISL

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate:

• Hold a PhD in physics and chemistry of nanomaterials
• A first work experience is not required but will be considered as an advantage.
• You do high-quality research work and are willing to take on research management tasks.
• Good communication skills: You like to work in a team, take initiatives, are a good organizer adapting easily to new situations
• Very good command of English. A good command of French and/or German would be an advantage
