2023 ISL Scientific Symposium – a great networking success again!

At the annual ISL Scientific Symposium, held this year on 14th March 2023, ISL welcomed around 90 guests on-site, including government bodies, R&T institutes, universities and industry partners, with more than 60 participants on line.

This year’s symposium put a special emphasis on one of the unique features of ISL. Combining five disciplines under one roof, ISL can tackle specific topics in a very comprehensive way, providing tailored solutions.

During the lively presentation and poster sessions, participants learned more about the most salient results of ISL’s activities in each of its five fields of research - Energetic and advanced protective materials, Flight techniques for projectiles, Electromagnetic technologies, Lasers, Protection technologies, security, situational awareness.
